Wine

We specialise in low intervention organic wines. These wines have been made with spontaneous fermentation, an approach which allows for a large range of flavours. They have little or no sulphur added.

Wine-on-tap is a sustainable way to transport and keep wine. The production methods require less energy, while also halving the logistics, meaning less diesel. All our formats of wine on tap are best consumed within 3 weeks of opening.
