Uncondemned is a project to save old fields of vines in Portugal. As vines age they become less productive, but they also have more concentration and nuance of flavour.  In years past everyone gre their won wine and had mixed fields of diferent varietals. Field blends as the resutling wines are known are the specialty of old vine portuguese wines.

This orange wine is lightly nutty from oxidative winemaking in concrete vessels.
