This is packed full of an individual winemaking expression from nutty oxidative notes and purity of fruit. Winemaker Massimiliano d'Addario is renown for his uncompromising low intervention wines that also express so much individuality and complexity. Rarely do we come across a wine in BIB that is this special, so we had to import it.

Ripe, lightly floral and oxidative. A wine that is interesting but also light in alcohol and super drinkable. A wine that is full on the palate but ends with a lightness of purity and bone dry.

We met Winemaker Massimiliano d'Addario at Europe's biggest organic wine fair in Montpellier. His stall was an oasis in a fair of 1500 growers. He is a real craftsman who believes in purity and it is that respect for fruit and minimal intervention that makes his wines stand out.
