An elegant expression of Carignan with ripe black fruit on the palate and some earthy notes in the background. It has a dry finish and light tannins which add structure. The grapes were carbonically macerated for 3 weeks and then aged in 7-year-old 228-litre barrels for about 7 months. No filtration.
