Bruno Rochard, Des Bulles et Des Boires Rosé 2020
Fun but with mouthfuls of flavour, summer bomb. Old vines planted in clay and pebble soils cultivated using organic and biodynamic practices and producing a grape that is full of energy. This begins with a spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts and when the must is still developing, it is bottled unfiltered and without adding any sugar to finish fermenting and develop the bubbles.
