Barraco, Fior Di Rosso 2019
Barraco has made this incredible red with Sicilian Pignatello grapes and a touch of Nero d’Avola, planted on sandy soils a stone's throw from the mediterranean. Dark fruits meet a saline edge.
Manual harvested, destemmed, macerated on skins for 3 months, fermented with indigenous yeast, aged for 1 year in stainless steel. Unfiltred and unfined No added sulphites.
