This delicate, pure and refreshing wine has aromas of mango and peach iced tea with a lift of bitterness at the end. Ideal for those of you who like a lighter style at 11% ABV.   The Grapes are destemmed // fermentation for 14 days on the skins in a concrete tank 

Pressed and stored in concrete tanks for 3 months before bottling.
