The second year this woman has made wine and we love it. This is a fun fruit driven wine with jut a bit more dark character thanks to being from Gaillac.

Fermented in a 4 year-old 400l barrel for 8 months and racked to tank before bottling unfiltered with no sulphur. A delicate, bright-fruited wine remaining tethered to the earth by its fine-grained tannins.
