Pet Nat sparklig wine. Once you have tried Nuria Renom's wines, you are sort of ruined. If anything, they remind me of drinking wine while the fermentation is still alive. Add copious amounts of wild herbs, and it is wine so full of character that wine itself is redefined. She is still to find her stride in her new winery, making these bottles with a little magic soon to be lost. We hope she produces wines this expressive soon, we are sure she will.
