Free Rosé is made out of Tempranillo (35%) and Parellada (65%) grapes from rocky limestone. The Tempranillo is macerated 4 days and Tempranillo + Parellada put together for carbonic maceration for 14 days and part Parellada direct pressed comes all together in steel vats.
