Blend of Grenache Noir and Carignan. Notes of ripe black fruit.

Sambori is a blend of:
2020 harvest Syrah, Carignan and Grenache which has been foot pressed and macerated for 2 hours. 2018 late harvest Carignan Noir – whole bunch foot pressed and macerated for 15 days and aged 30 months in fibreglass. 2018 late harvest Grenache Noir – whole bunch foot pressed and macerated for 30 days then
aged 30 months in fibreglass. The three wines were blended in spring 2021 and bottled shortly after.
