70% Grenache and 30% Cinsault planted in the 60's on clay-limestone soils on hillsides in east-west exposure. Their fruit is co-fermented gently whole bunch for 4 days and then aged on lees for 7 months. Pouring a pale, very light red, this is all soft red fruit, with nice acidity and freshness, helped by the cooler vintage of 2021. No additions.
