A fresh and exciting sparkling wine from Catalonia. Made with the ancestral (Pet Nat) method, this blend of Xarel-lo and Muscat is just aromatic enough, just textured enough, and at 11% it is the perfect tipple for most times of day.

Made by Maria & Pep, a couple who started from scratch in 2012 after taking over some old vineyards, and have slowly built this project into the successful and experimental winery it is today.
