Offbeat are producing some of England's finest still wines all without the use of SO2 which is no easy feat on this wet, miserable island. There is lots of pithy texture from the fermentation with takes place in steel, amphora and older oak. Peachy orchard fruit and a herbaceous finish. This is tasting like an English summer.
