The grapes are destemmed and macerated for 17 days between 20 and 26°C. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Aged 12 months in 400L French oak barrels on fermentation lees to avoid oxidation of the Grenache.
Elder flowers and graphite nose. Typical Grenache notes with red currant and cherry compliment this concentrated and mineral wine.
