Cap de nit is produced in the Alicante town of Alcalali by Joshua Knieses, a young German (Josh Kniesel)  winemaker with an idea and taste for understanding the land in a very special way. He has discovered in the region of marina alta an ideal enclave to apply his acquired knowledge.
