Double cream cows milk cheese, an adaptation of the traditional St Marcellin, legend has it the farmer had too much cream leftover after a day at the market so blended it usibng his usual cheese method and aged for 6 weeks, what was left was this super indulgent buttery cheese. 

Made with raw cow's milk and animal rennet.
