Is it still, or is it sparkling? Bloody delicious is what it is. It may not be summer, but we are putting this on by the glass as a sparkling wine. The Txakoli wines are made in a fashion that captures a small amount of CO2 in a great spritzy effect.

Beautiful pale rose petal red. Bright, crunchy red berries on the nose, cranberry, spice and smoke. The palate is mineral, fresh and salty. Lots of red fruit skin, firm cherry, raspberry, wild strawberry and red citrus. Balanced with a little spice, crisp acidity and juicy. Saline, fresh and very super dry finish.
