Lightly petillant rose wine. Balance between savoury note with a crunchy cherry freshness. Light residual sugar. An unsual blend of white and red grapes, from the Terra Alta in Catalonia. Portes Obertes are located in the middle of the almond and olive fields and make 100% manual cultivated and harvested wines, with some help from their donkey. Only naturally occuring sulfites present.
