Guillot-Broux owns 17 hectares across three villages & two appellations, mostly sited on clay-limestone soils & planted at a high density to encourage quality fruit. In 1954, Pierre & Jeannine Guillot created the first organic vineyard in Burgundy. Since then it has remained a pioneer in this field & it obtained organic certification in 1991.

Wine is matured in oak barrels for 11 months, but only 5% in new vats.

Organic farming.

Tasting notes: Delicate notes of ripe red fruits mixed with scents of roses in bloom, with a touch of wood. The tannins are firm, and the mouth is round and juicy. Precise & classy.
