Ripe red berries on the nose - strawberry, raspberry, red cherry - with notes of black pepper and herbs. The grapes come from a north-facing vineyard which means they have kept naturally high acidity and fresh fruit flavours. A dry and savoury finish. Perfect with some grilled seafood and a charcuterie plate. No filtration.
