Halen Dewi's natural sea salt is sourced from the famously pure sea waters surrounding St. Davids in the heart of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. The small team use just the sun and wind to create salt crystals, capturing the essence of the wild West coast. 

With added seaweed from the Welsh coast, giving it a real taste of the seaside.

This salt is solar evaporated, hand harvested and carbon neutral in production, and lastly, delicious.
