No one knows what grapes are in the wine, that would ruin the joy of a field blend. Field blends were the tradition of winemaking before we got professional. You planted all your varietals together and picked them small scale to make wine. Large parts of Portugal are still like this! What we do know is it has had skin contact, it has a bit of aromatics but is quite salty and refreshing with a bit of body bit of... well all really as a field blend denotes!
