From a parcel planted on clay, limestone and sandstone in Dorlisheim that usually works its way into Christophe’s Crémant. The grapes were harvested and directly pressed before being bottled before the end of the ferment as a pet’ nat’. Disgorged after 6 months on the lees. The richer of the three pet’ nat’s from 2021, with a wonderfully complex palate including notes of cooked apple, citrus and exotic spices.
