A rare rosato fermo made from direct pressed Salamino and Grasparossa grapes, sourced from the same plots of Scaramusc. The wine spends seven months in concrete vats before bottling. Citrus, flowers and herbs, a delicate rosé where the rusticity of the varieties is surprisingly tamed.
