Vin Santo del Chianti Fattoria di Sammontana 50cl
Bright, nutty and dry digestif. Grapes are dried on racks for 7-10 days to concentrate their sugars, then pressed and aged for 4 years in small barrels. It is then aged further in the bottle for 5 years. This results in a layered, savoury, more earthy profile. Not fortified.
80% Trebbiano, 15% Malvasia and 5% San Colombano
