Szolo Puro 2018
Aromatic and elegant with notes of ripe white peach, pear and roasted nuts. Some brioche and pastry notes that add to the structure. A long and mineral finish - this wine shines with incredible finesse. After pressing, 1/3 of the juice is fermented and aged in steamed Hungarian oak, the other part in stainless steal, both for 6 months on the fine lees. Eventually both get blended in a concrete egg and aged for another 4 months. The wine was bottled unfined, unfiltered without the addition of SO2.
