Staffelter Hof Little Bastard 2020
Little Bastard varieties are fermented in steel separately with indigenous yeasts and light skin contact (few hours, though Muscat is a few days) creating a cloudy, slighyl fizzy, and a little wild wine with the aromas of flowers and apricot yoghurt, mouth watering acidity, and a unique zestiness that pervades from start to finish.
Unfined, unfiltered, no added sulphites
55% Riesling, 30% Sauvignon Blanc, 10% Muller Thurgau, 5% Muscat (+tiny bit of Bacchus)
