Seb’s first primeur. Grapes were harvested at the beginning of September from the lowest part of his parcel which had ripened early. They were macerated for 1 month in their bunches before being pressed and settled in tank, then bottled at the beginning of November. At just 10.5% this offers refreshment in droves with as much character as we have ever seen in a nouveau style.
