Rietsch Tout Blanc 2020
Rietsch Blanc au Liter is fermented naturally from native yeasts. It also undergoes malolactic fermentation to deacidify the wine a little. The final wine is aged for 6 months in cuvettes, filtered with cellulose plates and sulphited very slightly before bottling.
Tout Blanc is full of citrus on the nose and on the palate it is lively, salty, invigorating and refreshing.
