Semi cured sheep's milk cheese aged for 5 months giving it a compact consistency and a buttery texture. This cheese has a well developed flavour with a pleasant sharpness, a firm favourite in Spain. Great on a cheeseboard served with membrillo or figs or a drizzle of honey, or pair with some nduja for a delicious combination.
Made from raw sheep's milk and animal rennet.
