Mas Theo, Ginger 2019
Ginger is blend of Marsanne, Roussane and Grenache Blanc, grapes synonymous with the Rhone valley. These varietals are co-fermented to encourage better integration of flavours. Compared to other skin-contact wines Ginger jumps right in the deep end with 2 weeks on skins, resulting in a wine which is full boded, complex and robust. Ginger works well as an antipasti wines, or it can stand up to more rich foods to balance out the bigger tannins.
