A deep dark orange wine, created but a nutty oxidation rather than skin contact. Massimiano d'Addario's true passion is his olive trees which is hard to imagine for the quality and exceptional nature of his wines. This is a food wine, and a real experience wine. We recommend having it alongside some grilled Mediterranean vegetables and or roast chicken.
