Red and white grapes macerated for 4 days on skins and co-fermented. Aged 6 months in amphora. Big black fruit flavours perfectly balanced out with the lightness given by Parellada. Subtle vegetal, chalky and savoury notes with just a hint of spice. Young and refreshing with just enough tannin and structure.
