Gruyere - 150g
Selected from a small series of producers in the Swiss Jura mountains. Making only a small amount of this cheese compared with large producers means the cheese has a fine and moist paste. This gives the cheese a smooth texture but still the bold alpine cheese taste we all know and love. Great on a cheeseboard, in your sandwich or used as a melter for the colder evenings that are setting in.
Made with raw cows milk and animal rennet.
