Elegant and soft, with luscious black fruit on the palate. Think of blackberry, plum, red cherry accompanied by some herbaceous notes. Silky tannins and a dry finish - a beautiful expression of the two grapes blended together. The fruit was destemmed and then given a three week maceration, followed by eleven months in old barrels. No sulphites added.
