Juicy and fun, this one has plenty of cherry, red currant and wild strawberry notes. It has a refreshing streak of acidity running through which makes it ever more drinkable. Organically grown Tai Rosso grapes were hand harvested and underwent fermentation with indigenous yeast after 2 days of skin contact. The wine was bottled before fermentation had ended in order to create fizz in the bottle. No fining or filtration.
