Duckett's Caerphilly - 150g
Made by the team behind Westcombe Cheddar who took over production after Chris Duckett sadly passed away, this is a real farmhouse raw milk Caerphilly. The brine used to salt the cheese is around 20 years old and gives the rind a beautiful earthy character. The inside is crumbly and delicate, creamy and milky with fresh flavours and a slight acidic tang.
Made with raw cow's milk and animal rennet.
