From 45-year-old vines planted on gravel and clay. The grapes were de-stemmed and macerated gently for 10 days before being pressed into cuve for a 6 month élevage. This is a perfect weight for summer, fruit forward with delicate tannins and is excellent lightly chilled. Biodynamic, unfiltered and low sulphur use.
