Riesling made using the solera method, meaning wine of different vintages was blended together and then bottled in the end. This extended barrel ageing has definitely given this wine a deliciously intense and aromatic note, and a long, moreish finish. The grapes were hand harvested and fermented with indigenous yeast before ageing in old barrels for 36 months. No filtration, fining or added sulphur.
