Produced in the so called "Wild West of France" - Roussillon, Cabrils is made from Grenache Blanc which thrives in the arid landscape. Raymond, the winemaker always spontaneously ferments, never fines or filters and very rarely uses sulphur. Cabrils like his other wines is a bit wild, but retains a distinct balance for a wine with such little intervention. Raymond's vines are bush trained, super low yielding and between 80 and 110 years old. Only 900 bottles made. 

Saline, crisp and fresh with a gentle weight from some lees contact.
