Juicy red cherries, vibrant black currant notes and hints of rhubarb - a super light and fruity red wine that is very expressive indeed. Grapes are gently crushed and ferment in an open vats for 2 weeks. 9 months later it is bottled, without any filtration nor addition of sulphites.
