Aromatic and fruity, it has notes of ripe peach, apricot and passionfruit on the nose with some Meditarranean herbs. Fermented and aged in concrete tanks, which has preserved all the pure fruity flavours.

The grapes come from Morasinsi vineyards and are hand-picked, naturally fermented and low in sulphites. No filtrations. The wines are packaged in sustainably made BIBs.
