Since 2011, London Borough of Jams preserves are made in small batches using seasonal fruit. The flavour is honest and unadulterated; it is fruit-driven, rather than sugar-driven. Only natural, unrefined sugars are used and no commercial pectins. LBJ preserves are dairy free & vegan.
