Molinarosa is Silvia Tezza's pure and energetic 10.5% rosato frizzante made in the sui lieviti (on yeast) style from local Molinara grapes, it's very floral at first with plenty of fresh herbs and generous raspberry and strawberry fruit on the palate. Bottled unfined, unfiltered and without sulphur.
